Psychiatric care that takes the time to get it right.

Virtual psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults and teens in Washington State. In-network with most major plans.

Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Secure video visits, no office trip.

A real evaluation, not a checklist.

Getting the diagnosis right is most of the work. That takes a full history, the right questions, and sometimes basic lab work to rule out the things that look like depression or anxiety but aren't.

From there, medication is chosen with the whole picture in view: your sleep, your energy, what you've already tried, and what you actually want your life to look like. Follow-ups are sized to what you need, not a fixed slot.

A typical psychiatric visit

  • 15-minute check-in
  • Symptom checklist
  • Medication adjustment
  • See you in three months

Care at Seattle Therapeutic Services

  • A full history, including the questions nobody asked
  • Basic labs when they might change the diagnosis or the plan
  • Medication chosen with the whole picture in view
  • Sleep, stress, and daily habits discussed, not skipped

Ongoing advanced fellowship training in psychiatry

I built this practice to do psychiatry the way it should be done.

I came into psychiatry convinced that the body and the mind aren't separate departments. That still shapes how I work: I ask about sleep, energy, and what's going on in your life, not just a symptom checklist, and I don't rush the evaluation.

I've spent years in ongoing fellowship training beyond my board certification, which means complex cases have a framework and supervision behind them, and you get care that's current.

My goal for you isn't "stable." It's sleeping well, having real energy, feeling steady, and enjoying your life again.

Questions people ask before booking

Do I have to be in Washington?

Yes. Licensure means I can only treat people physically located in Washington State at the time of each visit. All visits are by secure video.

Do you see teenagers?

Yes, teens and adults. For minors, a parent or guardian participates in the intake and consent process.

Which insurance do you accept?

Regence, Premera, Kaiser, Aetna, LifeWise, UMP, and RGA. Plans change, so confirm your specific plan and copay when you request an appointment.

Will you prescribe medication?

When it's the right tool, yes, and only after a full evaluation. Some medications, including controlled stimulants, may not be a fit for a new telehealth relationship; we'll discuss options honestly at your first visit.

Do you offer therapy?

My focus is psychiatric evaluation and medication management. If you'd benefit from therapy, I'll say so and coordinate with your therapist or help you find one.

How do I get started?

Send a message through Spruce, our secure patient messaging app. After a brief screening to confirm location, insurance, and fit, you'll receive scheduling options and intake paperwork before your first visit.
